- made up a fun recipe for porcupine chili
 - as I need to ignore beans for a while due
 - to tummy issues.
 - I made this for supper--porcupine chili
 - ------------
 - 1 pound hamburger
 - 1 can diced tomatoes * not drained
 - 1 can tomato soup
 - 1 can water
 - 1/2 cup uncooked rice
 - chili power to taste
 - plus salt and pepper to taste
 - -----
 - brown hamburger and drain fat- add the rest of the ingredients - stir - and bring
 - to simmer- low simmer with lid on for approx. one hour-. recipe can be doubled and
 - left overs make nice sloppy joes for tomorrow.
