Simple chili supper

  • made up a fun recipe for porcupine chili
  • as I need to ignore beans for a while due
  • to tummy issues.
  • I made this for supper--porcupine chili
  • ------------
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 can diced tomatoes * not drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • chili power to taste
  • plus salt and pepper to taste
  • -----
  • brown hamburger and drain fat- add the rest of the ingredients - stir - and bring
  • to simmer- low simmer with lid on for approx. one hour-. recipe can be doubled and
  • left overs make nice sloppy joes for tomorrow.
